Joe Rich is Vice President of Engineering for Fab-Tech, Inc. and is responsible for managing their team of industry leading engineers. He also serves as VP of Information Systems, managing the coordination of IT resources and services for the entire Critical Process Systems Group. Joe’s tenure with the group began in 1995 when he joined Fab-Tech as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. In in 1997 he was promoted to Manager of Engineering; maintaining this position until 2005, when he was promoted to the position he holds today.

Prior to Fab-Tech Joe worked for ten years as Manager of Design Services for Bio-Tek Instruments, a global leader in the development, manufacture and sale of microplate instrumentation for the life science market.

Joe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Vermont Technical College and has Certificates of Management from both the Community College of Vermont and the University of Vermont. When not working; Joe spends time refining his talent for rebuilding classic cars.
